Directions

PLEASE DO NOT USE STYROFOAM OR PLASTIC CUP FOR INSTANT EDGE COFFEE. Add two tea spoons of Instant Edge to hot or cold water, stir and enjoy. Add a sweetener and/ or creamer if desired. Adding a creamer will boost the ketogenic property. MCT oil consumption may cause gastrointestinal discomfort initially. If that happens please use Instant Edge along with a food to avoid the discomfort.
