The LipiX© MCT Protein Shake Mix is not just another high-energy shake mix. MCT:

PRODUCT SUGGESTIONS
Because our LipiX© MCT-Protein Shake Mix is such a delicious way to consume MCT, you may be tempted to exceed our suggested servings. If you choose to consume more, please increase your use slowly over a few days, depending on how your body responds. Overconsumption of LipiX© MCT-Protein Shake Mix may lead to gastrointestinal side effects in some individuals, such as bloating, nausea and diarrhea. If this should occur, please lower your consumption or stop use for a few days and restart slowly. These bars are delicious, chocolate chip cookie dough and chocolate brownie are my favorite flavors. I usually take them to work because they are portable and easy to eat, which is important when I only get one 30 min lunch break over a 9 hour shift. I get hungry more often than that! They're also great to tame my sweet tooth when I'm having cravings, I'll usually have half a bar. The only negative is that they are expensive, in my opinion, but really well worth it, especially when there is a buy 2 get 1 free sale!
